- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by biopsy.
- Your CT or MRI does not show cancer spread to nearby neck lymph nodes.
- You plan to have your primary tumor surgery plus neck lymph node removal at this study center.
