Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and able to understand and sign consent.
  • You must have confirmed advanced or metastatic liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed (HCC).
  • Your cancer must have measurable signs on scans, and you must have an active plan that matches the trial’s prior-treatment rules.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and be in fairly good physical condition (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your blood tests and organ functions (liver, kidneys, blood counts) must meet minimum levels.
  • If you can become pregnant or have a partner who can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study and after treatment.
