Who can take part
- You can sign consent, and you’re over 18 years old
- Your liver cancer (HCC) is proven by biopsy, and it can be surgically removed
- You must agree to provide a biopsy sample before starting treatment
- Your general health is good (ECOG 0 or 1) and your liver is working well (Child-Pugh 5–6; ALBI grade 1)
- Your blood and organ tests are within required ranges (blood counts, kidney function, bilirubin, and liver enzymes)
- If you have hepatitis B, you must be on antiviral treatment with controlled virus levels; if you have hepatitis C, it must be managed per clinic plan
