Who can take part
- You have confirmed liver cancer (HCC) that a specialist says can be fully removed by surgery (R0), with curable intent
- Your tumor can be measured on scans (measurable disease) and fits the trial’s scan requirements
- Your liver function is fairly good (Child-Pugh A), and your INR blood test is 1.4 or lower
- Your body strength is good (ECOG 0–1) and your blood counts, kidney function, and electrolytes meet required thresholds
- You are hepatitis B or C eligible if infection is controlled (for example, viral load must be undetectable for HCV; HBV must be kept below 500 IU/mL on treatment)
- You are 18+, can take pills by mouth, expect to live more than 3 months, and agree to birth control during and after treatment
