Who can take part
- You have cerebral palsy with muscle tightness (spasticity) in one or both legs
- You have NOT had botulinum toxin (Botox) injections in the past
- You can understand the study and your family can agree to participate (give consent)
- You can move your foot upward at least to a neutral position
- You are able to have an MRI scan (no pacemaker/stimulators, metal that would be unsafe, or severe claustrophobia)
- Your ankle movement range is at least 35° total
