Who can take part
- You can understand the study and sign informed consent, voluntarily
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have Behçet’s syndrome based on an accepted set of diagnosis rules (ICBD 2013)
- Your ulcers are active: you had at least 1 mouth ulcer in the last 4 weeks and at least 2 mouth ulcers at enrollment
- Your mouth ulcers keep coming back despite corticosteroids and/or immunosuppressants (at least 2 relapses over 3 months)
- You do NOT currently have major organ problems from Behçet’s (eyes, brain/nerves, gut, or major blood vessels); arthritis is allowed
