Who can take part
- You have a diagnosis of Behçet's disease with ulcers in your intestines confirmed by a scope test.
- Your intestinal symptoms are at least moderate (score of 40 or more on a special scale, or a symptom score of 3 or more).
- Standard treatments like steroids, immune-suppressing drugs, or biologic therapy have not worked or caused side effects.
- You are currently on a stable dose of steroids (30 mg or less of prednisone daily) for at least 2 weeks, and/or a stable dose of other immune drugs for 4 weeks.
- You have not used certain other targeted therapies (like tofacitinib or infliximab) within a specific time frame before the trial.
