Durvalumab and tremelimumab plus chemotherapy with propranolol
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This Phase 2 study tests whether adding propranolol to durvalumab and tremelimumab along with chemotherapy can help control advanced pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, or bile duct cancer. It aims to shrink tumors and help people live longer or feel better when the cancer can’t be cured with surgery or local treatment.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.

This trial tests two immunotherapy drugs (rilvegostomig or durvalumab) combined with standard chemotherapy for people with bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. It aims to see if these combinations work better than chemo alone.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, pemigatinib and durvalumab, for people whose advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer has already been treated once. It aims to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs—durvalumab (an immunotherapy) and olaparib (a targeted therapy)—for people with advanced bile duct cancer that did not grow after initial treatment with chemotherapy and durvalumab. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer further.
This early-phase study tests whether adding rintatolimod to durvalumab can improve outcomes for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer. It aims to see if this combination can better activate the immune system against the cancer after initial chemotherapy.
This study tests whether the immunotherapy drugs durvalumab (with or without tremelimumab) can help control hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) after you receive palliative, targeted radiation. It especially focuses on people whose cancer continued to grow after, or without, certain prior immune therapies.
This trial tests whether adding propranolol (a common blood-pressure/heart medicine) can improve outcomes when used with pembrolizumab plus standard chemotherapy. It is for people with advanced esophageal or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed with surgery.
