Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a calcified coronary artery blockage that needs a stent, and your procedure requires Shockwave IVL with the Shockwave catheter
- The calcium in the blockage is large enough to meet the study’s imaging measurements (from angiography, IVUS, or OCT)
- You can safely take blood thinners: two antiplatelet medicines for 1 year, then one for life
- You can sign consent and come to all required follow-up visits
