Who can take part
- You have confirmed advanced lung adenocarcinoma (Stage III or IV) that cannot be surgically removed or has spread.
- Your tumor has a “targetable” gene change (like MET exon14, ALK, EGFR, or NTRK); if there are no known targetable changes, you can’t join.
- You are a never-smoker (or under 100 cigarettes total in your life, including equivalent use of other products).
- You must have evidence your cancer has progressed after treatment with targeted pills (TKIs) for non-small cell lung cancer, or you couldn’t tolerate them.
- You must be able to travel the trial medically: good recent blood counts and liver/kidney lab results, and heart/ECG requirements that allow treatment.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor area on a CT scan that has not been previously radiated.
