- You speak and read English well enough to do the online program
- You are a U.S. military veteran
- Your depression is high enough (your questionnaire score is above 10)
- Your insomnia (sleep problems) is high enough (your sleep questionnaire score is above 10)
- You are not pregnant
- You do not have a past history of bipolar disorder or psychosis
- You are not currently taking anti-psychotic medicines or mood stabilizers (like lithium)
- You are not currently having suicidal thoughts with intent to act
