Who can take part
- You must have pancreatic adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology (not other or mixed tumor types).
- Your scans must show resectable (operable) stage T1–3, no distant spread (M0) and limited lymph node spread (N0–2), based on detailed CT blood-vessel imaging.
- You must be able and willing to have biopsies before treatment, during treatment, and then have the cancer surgically removed.
- You must be age 18 or older, with good activity level (ECOG 0–1).
- Your blood tests must be adequate (white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin) and liver/kidney clotting tests must be within allowed limits.
- You must not have certain conditions like autoimmune disease needing immune-suppressing medicines, active infections, or lung disease that could worsen with treatment.
