  • Your body mass index (BMI) is at or above the 75th percentile for your age and sex
  • You live in the Greater Boston area
  • You do not strongly avoid either whole milk or nonfat milk
  • You should not have a doctor-diagnosed major illness, eating disorder, or milk allergy
