Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have a type of lymphoma listed by the study (including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or related types).
- You already received an FDA-approved anti-CD19 CAR T-cell treatment outside a clinical trial.
- At least 30 days have passed since your CAR T infusion, and your scans showed partial remission about 30 days after CAR T.
- You have no active lymphoma in the brain/spinal cord (CNS involvement) and no CD19 issues after CAR T (the study requires CD19 is not detected).
- You cannot have had other anti-cancer treatment after CAR T (except palliative radiation).
- Your blood counts and organ function must meet safety cutoffs (enough white blood cells, platelets, kidney function, liver enzymes, and adequate heart/lung oxygen).
