Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your glioblastoma must be confirmed from a past biopsy or surgery, and it must have progressed or returned.
  • You need an MRI showing a tumor area that your neurosurgeon can biopsy or remove at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
  • You must be well enough to take part (ECOG 0–1 and KPS 70 or higher).
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (kidney, liver, and clotting) must be in safe ranges from bloodwork done within 15 days of starting treatment.
  • You must be willing to use birth control (if applicable) and agree to provide tumor tissue and blood samples for research.
