Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed grade 4 glioblastoma (IDH wild-type) that has come back after previous treatment.
  • You are able to perform daily activities on your own (Karnofsky score of 70% or more).
  • You had surgery to remove the recurrent tumor 3 to 5 weeks before starting the trial, and the tumor remaining after surgery is small enough for the infusion.
  • Your blood counts (hemoglobin, platelets, neutrophils) and kidney/liver function are within certain safe ranges.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
