Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and be able to understand and sign the consent form.
- Your cancer must be a solid tumor that is advanced (metastatic) or cannot be removed, and you should not have other approved standard treatments left.
- You must be able to have a tumor biopsy for the study (unless suitable stored biopsy tissue from the last year is available).
- You need at least one measurable tumor spot on CT or MRI, and you must be well enough to do study activities (ECOG 0–2).
- Your body tests must be within safe ranges (blood counts, liver tests, kidney function) and side effects from any prior treatment should mostly be resolved.
- You must follow birth-control rules if you could become pregnant or father a child, and you cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
