  • You have either CCUS or lower-risk MDS, confirmed by specific gene mutation results and blood test patterns
  • Your low blood counts have lasted at least 6 months (low hemoglobin, low white blood cells, and/or low platelets)
  • You do not need blood transfusions to manage your condition (transfusion independent)
  • You are 18 years or older and can understand and sign consent
