Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have high-risk CCUS
  • You have unexplained low blood counts lasting more than 4 months (low red cells, low neutrophils, and/or low platelets)
  • Your bone marrow findings do not fully meet criteria for MDS, and you have no history of blood cancer
  • You have certain genetic mutations (from special testing) that increase the risk of progression
  • You must be well enough to function (ECOG 0–2) and be able to consent
  • Your organ function and blood tests meet key safety limits (kidney, liver, and bilirubin) and you do not have active infections
