- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You have chronic hepatitis B, shown by positive hepatitis B tests (surface antigen or viral DNA).
- You have liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) and your last immunotherapy dose was within the past 3 months.
- Your hepatitis B viral load is under 2000 IU/mL.
- Your blood tests show significant liver stress (AST/ALT and bilirubin are very high) and blood clotting is affected (INR over 1.5).
- You have enough platelets (above 50×10^9/L) and no bile duct swelling caused by tumor growth.
