Who can take part
- You have an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) in your arm that is hard to use for repeated dialysis needle sticking, or your clinic can’t reliably cannulate it safely
- A recent ultrasound (within 8 weeks) shows the “stick” area is more than 6 mm deep from the skin, OR your unit confirms repeated sticking isn’t achievable
- Your surgeon expects this device to work at least as well as other methods that make access easier or safer
- Your AVF type is one of these: radio-cephalic, brachio-cephalic, or transposed brachio-basilic
- Your ultrasound (within 8 weeks) must also meet size limits: depth is 15 mm or less at the stick zones, and vein diameter is at least 4 mm in both zones
- You must be able to consent, have at least 2 dialysis treatments per week, and have no major skin infection/allergy or serious infections at the implant site
