  • You have kidney failure and need dialysis, or will likely need it within 6 months.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • The blood vessels in your arm (vein and artery) are the right size for the device.
  • You are willing to attend all follow-up visits and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have certain medical conditions like severe heart disease, active infection, or cancer that is not in remission.
