This trial studies a special vibration-based therapy (“vibrotactile coordinated reset”) to help improve movement after stroke. You may be considered if your stroke is long-term and you have ongoing arm and leg weakness, but no major issues that could affect safety or testing.

Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 80 years old
- You had an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke at least 6 months ago
- You have ongoing motor (movement) problems, with disability around moderate level
- Your memory/thinking test score is at least 24 out of a mini mental test
- You’re able to communicate with study staff
- You have not used certain balance-affecting medicines or recent spasticity treatments like Botox or baclofen
