This trial tests if gentle vibrations can reduce muscle stiffness (spasticity) in the lower leg after a neurologic condition like stroke or brain injury. You may join if you've had spasticity for at least 6 months and can stand with or without help.

Who can take part
- You have had a neurologic condition (like a stroke or brain injury) that causes leg stiffness for at least 6 months
- Your ankle muscle stiffness is mild to moderate (not too severe)
- You can stand (with or without help) and lie flat on your back
- You have not had surgery for leg stiffness, and no Botox injections in your leg in the last 4 months
- Your medications for muscle stiffness have been stable, and you avoid starting new therapies (like physical therapy or acupuncture) 4 weeks before the study starts
