Who can take part
- You must be age 21 or older.
- Your cancer must be advanced or metastatic, and imaging should show it is growing.
- For the breast-cancer part of the study: your tumor must be triple-negative with specific lab results (ER/PR <1% and HER2 is 0–2+ but HER2 FISH negative).
- You must be able to undergo a tumor biopsy before starting treatment.
