Who can take part

  • You have triple-negative breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your tumor has at least 10% immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) in a biopsy sample.
  • You are 18 years or older and have not had chemotherapy or radiation for this cancer before.
  • You have not received immunotherapy (like Keytruda) before, and you do not have an active autoimmune disease requiring strong medication.
  • Your heart, kidney, and liver function are adequate, and you are generally active (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You are willing to provide tumor samples before and after the first treatment cycle.
