Who can take part
- You must be a Veterans outpatient getting supported services at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System
- You must be working with a mental health team at the Minneapolis VA and want to pursue a job
- You must be seeking employment within 30 miles of the Minneapolis VA medical center
- You must have one of these diagnoses: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I or II, recurrent major depression, or PTSD
- You need to be able to join group sessions for about 7–9 months and be unlikely to move or have unstable housing during that time
- You must be able to understand study testing (English sufficient) and complete visits despite hearing or vision limits
