This study tests a structured training program for young adults who’ve been drinking heavily, to help them reduce drinking or quit. You’ll be asked to complete daily short check-ins and follow study instructions, and you may be randomly assigned to different parts of the program.

Who can take part
- Ages 18 to 26
- In the past month, you had at least 3 days of heavy drinking (more than 3 drinks/day if you’re a woman, more than 4 drinks/day if you’re a man)
- You want to quit or cut back on alcohol
- You can read and understand the study materials in English (about a 6th-grade reading level or higher)
- You have a working smartphone and computer with reliable internet for study activities
- You can commit to the full study and you’re willing to be assigned randomly to a program group
