Study drug YB-1113 for early loss of ovarian function

Who can take part

  • You are female and between 18 and under 40 years old, and want fertility help or pregnancy planning
  • Your periods have been very infrequent or absent (oligo/amenorrhea) for at least 4 months
  • Your blood tests show POI pattern: FSH is at least 25 IU/L on two tests 4–6 weeks apart
  • Your AMH blood test is low (1.0 ng/mL or less)
  • Recent blood and urine tests are generally normal (CBC, liver/kidney labs, and urinalysis)
  • If you used hormonal birth control before, you’ve been off it long enough (over 3 months after pills or over 6 months after Depo)
