Who can take part
- You must have confirmed cancer (solid tumors) and your cancer must have grown despite at least one prior treatment for advanced/metastatic disease.
- You generally need no good standard treatment options available, and you should have at least 3 months of expected life.
- You must have good body strength/function (ECOG 0–1; for brain tumor patients, Karnofsky score must be at least 50%).
- You must be able to provide tumor tissue for repeat biopsies (except for GBM/brain tumor patients).
- You must have enough blood counts plus good liver, kidney, and blood-clotting test results.
- You must be able to take the study medicine at home, and if pregnancy is possible you must follow strict contraception rules (and not be pregnant or breastfeeding).
