- You have (or your team strongly suspects) liver cirrhosis from standard hospital tests
- You are 18 years old or older
- You can read and sign a consent form to join the study
- You do not have reasons you cannot safely have an MRI scan
- You do not have primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC)
- You have not been diagnosed with liver cancer (HCC), and you have not had a liver transplant
