Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 80.
- You have HIV and your HIV is controlled on HIV medicines (ART) for at least 6 months.
- You are enrolled in specific existing studies (listed in the trial) or you are being seen at the HIV/PACT clinics.
- You can safely do breathing/lung function testing (no recent eye surgery, abdominal surgery, or recent heart attack).
- You do not have another major lung problem (like interstitial lung disease or active asthma) that could interfere with results.
- You are not pregnant, and you have not taken antibiotics in the past 2 weeks or immune-modulating medicines in the past 6 months.
- You don’t have inflammatory bowel disease and you can complete all study procedures.
