Who can take part

  • You must be under 18 years old when you join the study
  • You must have newly diagnosed retinoblastoma that is only in the eye (not spread elsewhere)
  • The tumor pattern must match specific “Group D/E” eye categories and may involve “vitreous seeding” in one or both eyes
  • No cancer treatment before starting this study, except laser and/or freezing (cryotherapy) for eye(s)
  • Your child must have adequate blood counts and organ health based on recent lab tests (blood counts, kidney function, liver/bilirubin tests)
  • You must not have an active invasive infection, and any required pregnancy/contraception rules must be followed
