Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 95 years old and live in Canada
- You have knee or hip osteoarthritis confirmed by an X-ray done within the last year
- Your pain has lasted at least 12 weeks and is moderate to severe (average pain 4–9 on a 0–10 scale)
- You’ve tried at least two standard treatments for over 12 weeks (like physical therapy, braces, injections, or pain medicines) without enough relief
- You can follow study visits and phone check-ins, and you agree in writing to join the study
- Your BMI is 50 or lower
