Who can take part

  • You’re able and willing to sign consent for the study online and follow all study steps
  • Your periods are regular, about every 21 to 35 days, for the last 6 months
  • You smoke at least 5 cigarettes per day, every day, for the last 6 months
  • You plan to try to quit within the next 30 days and follow your assigned quit approach
  • You can use nicotine patches plus nicotine gum or lozenges during the study
  • You can use email for reminders and online questionnaires
