- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You smoke at least 5 cigarettes a day or regularly vape with nicotine
- You want to quit using nicotine

- You are not enrolled in another similar program, pregnant/breastfeeding, or having a serious problem with alcohol/drugs or severe depression/anxiety
