Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 or older and can sign consent
- Your prostate cancer has been confirmed on biopsy (adenocarcinoma)
- Your cancer is advanced and has grown despite hormone therapy (metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer)
- You have had the required prior treatments (anti-androgen medicines and/or chemotherapy) for the specific trial “part” you would join
- Your body can handle the study treatment based on blood/organ tests (adequate organ function)
- You have NOT had certain prior treatments (including PSMA-targeted CAR-T, PSMA bispecific antibodies, or PSMA radioligand therapy)
