Who can take part
- At least 18 years old with adenocarcinoma (a common type of prostate cancer)
- Cancer has spread to other parts of body and is no longer responding to hormone therapy
- Previously received at least 2 rounds of PSMA-directed radioactive treatment
- Previously treated with at least 1 chemotherapy regimen and at least 1 hormone-blocking medication
- Recent PET/CT scan shows cancer is PSMA-positive (a marker the trial targets)
- Able to tolerate study procedures with good organ and bone marrow function
