Advanced imaging-guided treatment for high-risk prostate cancer

This trial uses a special PET scan (PSMA PET/CT) and a genetic test (Decipher) to decide the best treatment for high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread outside the pelvis. You'll receive standard radiation and hormone therapy, possibly with an extra drug (darolutamide).

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that is considered high-risk based on your PSA, tumor stage, or Gleason score.
  • You are willing to have a PSMA PET/CT scan and a genetic test (Decipher) on your tumor.
  • You can take pills by mouth and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow).
  • You have not had previous radiation to the pelvis or major surgery for prostate cancer.
  • You are able to use effective contraception during and for 3 months after treatment if you are sexually active with a partner who could become pregnant.
