Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older (any sex)
  • You had an acute STEMI heart attack and were treated right away with catheterization
  • Your health has been stable (not in unstable condition) more than 48 hours after the catheter
  • You do not have known coronary artery disease or other known structural heart problems
  • You can safely have an MRI scan (no MRI contraindications, and enough kidney function)
