- You are 18 years or older (any sex)
- You had an acute STEMI heart attack and were treated right away with catheterization
- Your health has been stable (not in unstable condition) more than 48 hours after the catheter
- You do not have known coronary artery disease or other known structural heart problems
- You can safely have an MRI scan (no MRI contraindications, and enough kidney function)
