- You are at least 18 years old
- Your ECG showed STEMI (certain heart attack changes on a 12-lead test)
- You were treated first in the “primary ACT” care pathway
- You can understand the study and give consent (or have consent done as required)
- You are not excluded for MRI safety reasons (for example: strong claustrophobia, pacemaker/defibrillator, certain metal in the body, severe kidney problems, or contrast allergy)
