Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with severe aortic valve stenosis on an echocardiogram
  • Your situation is urgent or an emergency (for example, cardiac arrest/needed chest compressions, or worsening heart condition not responding to other treatments)
  • You (or your legal representative) can agree to the study and sign consent, and you can return for follow-up visits
  • The valve replacement route through your heart and main artery must be technically possible based on imaging
  • You must not have certain heart/medical issues that block the procedure or raise risk, like blood clot in the heart, major outflow blockage, or active serious infection
  • You must be able to take blood thinners and anti-platelet medicines, and you must not have a nickel-titanium allergy
