Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult (not a patient in this study).
  • You are a medical resident aged 24 to 34 years.
  • You work in emergency, intensive care, or similar hospital “inside” shifts.
  • You do not have a history of epilepsy (seizures).
  • You are not taking sleep/anxiety meds or seizure-related medicines that can affect brain-recording results (like benzodiazepines or anti-epileptics).
  • You can safely stay on your current background meds during the study (if you take any).
