Who can take part

  • You have moderate or severe chronic GVHD after an allogeneic stem cell transplant
  • Your cGVHD has not responded to at least two prior types of whole-body (systemic) medicines
  • You are 18 years or older, and you can do daily activities at least at a moderate level (Karnofsky score 60% or higher)
  • Your blood counts and key organ tests are strong enough (including minimum white blood cells, platelets, and liver/kidney function)
  • If you are on cGVHD medicine right now, your dose must be stable or tapering for at least the past 4 weeks
  • You can sign informed consent and, if pregnancy is possible for you (or you can father a child), you agree to highly effective birth control during the study and for at least 30 days after the last dose
