Who can take part

  • You have primary or secondary myelofibrosis and are planning to have a stem cell transplant from a donor that is a matched unrelated, sibling, or half-matched family member.
  • You are 18 years or older and willing to sign a consent form.
  • You are able to swallow tablets and follow the study schedule.
  • Your overall health is good, with a performance score of 60 or above on the Karnofsky scale (0-2 on the ECOG scale).
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner can have children.
