Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
- Your cancer has come back or not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate them.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have recovered from side effects of previous treatments.
- Your blood, kidney, liver, and thyroid tests are within acceptable ranges.
