Who can take part

  • You must have a type of advanced or metastatic solid tumor (like pancreatic, breast, lung, melanoma, or colorectal cancer) that has not been controlled by standard treatments.
  • A sample of your tumor (from a biopsy or surgery) must show a specific genetic marker (circFAM53B-219aa) and you must have a certain immune type (HLA) that matches the vaccine.
  • You should be able to do your daily activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0-2) and be expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, heart, and lung function need to be within specific ranges.
  • You cannot have an active infection, autoimmune disease, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
