Who can take part
- You are 18 or older, and you have CLL/SLL that needs treatment (or you have Richter transformation from CLL).
- You can perform daily activities pretty well (ECOG 0–2).
- Your liver and kidney lab tests are within required limits.
- Your blood counts are strong enough (platelets, hemoglobin, and neutrophils meet minimums).
- You can swallow the study tablets and can come to visits and do frequent blood tests as required.
- If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test; men with partners who could become pregnant must also use effective contraception.
