Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with CLL or SLL and have not had treatment for it before, except possibly steroids or CD20 antibodies for certain conditions.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your overall health status is good enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- Your liver and kidneys work well enough as shown by blood tests.
- Your blood counts (platelets, hemoglobin, and neutrophils) are within safe ranges without needing recent transfusions or growth factor support.
- You are able to swallow tablets and attend clinic visits.
