Who can take part
- You must have CLL that has come back or not responded to treatment and now needs therapy again.
- You must have received at least two prior treatments for CLL, including a BTK inhibitor.
- You must be willing to have two bone marrow biopsies (one before and one during treatment).
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have adequate organ function, such as enough platelets, normal kidney and liver function.
- You cannot have had venetoclax or a PI3K inhibitor in the last 6 months, or any CLL treatment within 5 half-lives before starting.
